1.The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the main components from being damaged.

2.Chilled alloy cast iron roll is abrasion resistant with long service life. smooth surface is highly polished and scratch proof by cutting knife:high hardness and wear-resistant;

3. There are two kinds of Main bearings for option:Bearing or Nylon bush

4. The roller is hollow structure,which is for adjusting the temperature of the rollers by steam or cooling water in term of different request,Circulation of steam and cooling water is provided through the rolls to control the temperature;
5. The machine is also equipped with and emergency device. When an emergent accident happens, just draw the pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable. 

6. The transmission system adopts a hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.

7. The base frame is a whole framework, which is convenient for installation.

8. Stock bender for direct rubber sheet and knife to cut as your need to assemble.

9. Auto-lubrication sysytem for greese or oil and match bearing bush.
